Good fit
- Owner-led business with revenue and a real team
- A decision-maker who can say yes without a committee
- Willing to give access to the tools, numbers and people
- Wants execution, not a report
- Comfortable being told when something is not working
Plenty of firms will diagnose a problem and hand you a deck. We are built for what comes after that: the calls, the chasing, the schedule and the follow-through that turn a plan into a result.
Before any work begins you get a document stating the objective, the activities, the timeline, what we need from you and the fee. If it is not in the scope, we agree a change before doing it.
We work inside your tools, attend your meetings and take real tasks with real due dates. You should be able to point at specific things that happened because we were there.
Every week, in writing: what moved, what did not, what is at risk and what needs a decision from you. Short enough to read on a phone.
If a plan is not working we say so early. If a project is outside what we do well, we say that on the first call rather than selling into it.
Every engagement produces documentation, templates and training so your team can run it without us. Being needed forever is not the goal.
The person on your intro call is the person doing the work. Engagements are capped deliberately so attention is not spread across a dozen clients.
Replace this paragraph with your own background: the roles you have held, the sectors you have worked in, the size of teams and projects you have run, and any licences or certifications worth naming.
Two or three specific, verifiable sentences will do more for trust than a page of adjectives. Add a photograph here as well — consultant sites convert noticeably better with a real face on them.
Usually within one to two weeks of a signed scope, depending on current capacity. Urgent project rescues can sometimes start sooner — ask.
Both. Most work runs remotely with scheduled on-site time where it genuinely helps — site visits, team sessions, or the first weeks of a leadership engagement.
Engagements are priced as a flat monthly retainer or a fixed project fee, agreed in the written scope before work starts. Add your own typical ranges here — publishing a starting figure filters out enquiries that were never going to convert.
No. We do the work ourselves rather than placing a candidate with you. Where a permanent hire is the right answer we will say so, and we can help you scope and interview for the role.
Yes, routinely. Send yours over before the intro call if you would prefer to talk specifics straight away.
Thirty days' notice ends any engagement, and you keep every document, template and system built during it. We would also rather raise the problem ourselves in a weekly update than have you discover it.
Yes — that is the normal arrangement. We coordinate with your agents, contractors, accountants and staff rather than replacing them.
Thirty minutes, no obligation, and a straight answer about whether we can help.
